Martha is the heart behind Notify Florida and the owner of Babb Accounting Co., bringing more than 10 years of accounting experience with a strong specialization in the construction industry.

Her career began with five years in electrical contracting, where she gained firsthand experience with the financial and administrative side of running a construction business. That foundation allowed her to expand her knowledge across multiple construction trades and develop a deeper understanding of the unique challenges contractors and small business owners face every day.

Throughout her career, Martha has specialized in construction bookkeeping and HOA accounting, helping businesses maintain accurate financial records, improve organization, and stay prepared throughout the year.

Her work extends beyond the books. Through Notify Florida and Babb Accounting Co., Martha is able to work closely with clients through multiple stages of their business operations—from permitting and construction notice processing to protecting payment rights, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and keeping their books organized and tax-ready.

Martha is known for being meticulous, thorough, and highly involved in the details.
